Due to sanitary reasons and the nature of our products, there are absolutely NO RETURNS. However, hair like kayla`s strives to provide each customer with amazing customer service. If there is a mistake on our behalf, we will happily correct the issue. please notify us immediately if there is an issue, as we will work quickly to get it resolved. clients who fail to notify us of any issues or prolong an issue pass 30 days will result in your issue not being resolved.
Custom Wig Construction Policy
Please ensure measurements are taken properly because we will not issue a refund due to improper measurements. If you have any concerns or need help with your measurements please text us at (615) 913-7873. If you send in the wrong measurements, we are not liable for your wig not fitting. *You will be subject to a reconstruction fee*
We stand by our services and products 100%. Once your hair/wig is in your possession, we are no longer responsible for the wig/hair and how you choose to maintain it.
Do not scratch your lace, apply direct heat to the lace, or excessively pull at the lace. This will damage your wig and reduce its longevity, hair like kayla`s llc will not be held responsible.

ALL hair PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED USPS WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION.
Standard Shipping is 2-4 Business Days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be update.
We will not be held liable for any order delays due to incorrect shipping and billing address. Please make sure you enter your address correctly, including building and apartment numbers. If you enter your shipping address incorrectly, please text us at (615) 913-7873 to have it updated immediately.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent as soon as your order has left our facility. Please keep in mind once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of them. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
